The Bard's Ambition

I once knew a fellow minstrel who used to adorn himself with flowers when he played his music. He was very popular among the ladies. I haven't heard from him in a while, but he must be making a good living. Frankly, I don't like the guy that much, but I respect him for trying new things.

So I decided to take a leap too. I heard that recently, many Skeleton Warriors have been appearing in Hero's Lane and causing lots of problems. If I play some music with an instrument made out of their bones, it's sure to be a sensation!

Please go to Hero's Lane and bring me some Skeleton Warrior Bones. I will give you a good reward if you do.

Ah... how I would love to sing a song of bravery for the mercenaries who visit Ingen, but my looks and my instrument are too plain. I am sure that if I had an instrument fashioned from the bones of dead warriors, the mercenaries would love it!

I beg of thee. Please bring me the Skeleton Warriors' Bones. And make sure that you don't tell anyone about this. Especially not my fancy minstrel friend.

Since you helped me, I'll let you in on a little secret. Instrument Merchant Moore sells musical instruments in Ingen, but only at night. So if you want to buy a musical instrument, then you should wait until nighttime.

If Moore doesn't have what you're looking for, then you should visit Minstrel Lucid in Rietz. He is even more of an expert than I am.
