Description	Chelred is attempting to procure weapons to use against the Abyssals. Go near Theoran and collect five Leech Tooth and five Leech Skin. Take the materials to Chelred. Obtain Leech Tooth and Leech Skin from Spirit Leech.
Introduction Dialog	The Soldiers have found courage after your heroic deed. They want to take back their camps, with you leading them. However, the reality does not live up to the fantasy. The Abyssals have Magic-sharp steel, while all we have are sword and rusted shields. But if we can do a experiment with some materials we can create new weapons, then we may be able to put up more of a fight. Don't you agree?
